First and foremost I enjoyed working with Roshan on putting my suit together. He's easy to work with and makes sure you get exactly what you want and pay for. Roshan knows his stuff. The turn around time was solid. I live in Medford, Oregon and made trips to Portland to pick up the suit. I wanted some minor details changes to the pants and within a couple of days Roshan contacted me to let me know the pants were ready. Our wedding photographer said "I was the best dressed groom she's ever took photos of. The suit felt so comfortable and fitted my body perfectly. It was easy to move around in. Light as a feather. When it comes to service, you won't find better. Kash Ross was a wonderful man who became a friend to our family. He unfortunately passed away. While he is missed, his son has taken over the business with the benefit of having worked with his father for years.

Am I gushing a bit... yeah, probably. But this really is one of my favorite local businesses from any category and it's a prime example of why online retail can't replace every brick and mortar businesses.

I am only sad that I can not give KRC a six star rating!!! For Mother's Day my husband cold called him because he read a review that said KRC can do anything. Our ask was probably not the normal ask. I have a beloved item from my childhood that has been in desperate need of repair for many years. We've never found anyone who was willing to tackle the job. KRC questioned whether it could be done but somehow, conquered the task and over delivered!!!. I am over the moon to have the item back and huggable again. Thank You KRC from the bottom of my heart. I truly believe that KRC can in fact do anything and highly recommend their services.

If you want a suit I can tell you that this is the place in Portland. I wanted custom suits for me and and my groomsmen and looked everywhere before finding Kash Ross. (I made appointments with at least five other local businesses.) From the moment I first walked in Roshan took care of me, answered my many questions, and made sure I got married in a suit that was uniquely me. The suit turned out better than I ever expected, the quality was superb, and the customer service was second to none. Several times Roshan went the above and beyond - from walking my buddy's wife through the measuring process via FaceTime because they live out of state, to getting a rush order to be sure I had time to do my second fitting. You go to Kash Ross for a suit and walk away with an experience you'll be talking about for years.

I went to Kash Ross hoping that they could get me set up for my wedding, and I was not disappointed! I brought in a three-piece Ted Baker suit and Roshan worked his magic to make it fit me perfectly. He also helped out big time by offering to make me a custom shirt that would complete the look. I could not have been happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend working with Roshan - I'll definitely be going back for my future tailoring and custom clothing needs.

I started off with custom made dress shirts back in 2010 and till this day it still looks and feels as if I just got it made yesterday. They only use the finest materials and produce only premium products.

I had such a great experience with Roshad and his father Kash that 8 years later I decided to buy a custom made suit for my wedding.

I have bought many suits over the years but never had one made for me. All I can say is that I did not know what a top quality suit felt like until I had one made for me. From the high quality fabric to the little intricate details such as piping and sweat guards is what makes it such premium product. When you wear a suit that is detailed to a quarter inch on how lays on you, it feels amazing. You will not find that at any regular store.

What is also great is this is a family owned business. Roshad and his father take great pride in the suits they produce and the relationships they build. They are their to take care of you.

I can't say enough great things about my experience here. I hardly knew anything about suits going in so Roshan walked me through everything I needed to know, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. It was fun to flip through what felt like an endless amount of fabric samples. Not to mention the suit and custom shirt all fit perfectly.

What really sets this place apart in my opinion is Roshan. You can immediately tell that he really cares to get to know his clients, and his customer service is truly exceptional. When I gave him a rush job hoping to have the suit in time for a wedding, he even showed up early on request the morning of my flight with my suit in hand just to make sure I had everything on time. He was also prepared to ship overnight the suit to me if it was needed. Like I said, I can't say enough great things about Roshan and then experience buying my first bespoke suit!

I can't say enough good about Kash Ross. I was looking for a tux for my wedding. The Kash Toss team delivered a custom suit that looks and feels great.

I'm not an easy fit. I'm 6'3 with a jacket of 52-54L. No one carries my sizes. I don't fit in off the rack unless I want skinny jeans looking pants and jackets that bunch or pinch. Roshan costumed the tux to my body. Bigger arm holes. Larger legs that still have a taper.

Came into Portland for a wedding. I had ordered a dress and it took a long time to come in. It was too big. I had then ordered a smaller size and had it shipped overnight to where I was staying. Not sure if I'd need alterations I called here and asked if they could alter the dress overnight and they gladly said yes. Very accommodating. Customer service is top notch. Would recommend these guys to anyone who asks me.

I was in town for a wedding that I was a groomsmen for. My tailor back home unfortunately did not do a great job of altering my jacket and with the wedding only a couple days away, I was in a bit of a crunch. I found Kash Ross through yelp and took my jacket in. I worked with Taisa who meticulously looked at my jacket and told me what could and couldn't be done in terms of alterations. I told her that I would need this in two days and she assured me she would have it ready.

Not only was the jacket alterations finished in time, it fit great and I got several compliments on the day of the wedding. If you are in need of alterations or need custom clothing made, definitely visit Kash Ross.

I reached out to Kash Ross with an absurd emergency alterations request and they came through with immense skill, professionalism, and a smile. Roshan responded with complete confidence that they could alter my dress in such short notice and from the moment I walked in the door I knew my dress was in good hands. We both knew that this was a big request but he never made me feel bad for asking. My dress turned out amazing and I will be coming here for all of my future alterations!

I've tried online retailers for custom suits with mixed results, and I've found myself coming back (one year later) for my second suit from Kash Ross. I still wear and love the first suit that they sold me, and it definitely fits and feels like one of the best suits that I've ever had. From the time that I placed my order last time, to the time that I received a phone call that my suit was ready for pickup, it probably took a whole three weeks.

They stand by their quality and guarantee alterations if at first it doesn't fit, but they went through all the motions to take my measurements and to eliminate the need for any major alterations, like what I have had to do with department store brands.

Roshan is the owner's son, and he is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding the the right suit. I ended up coming back and asking for him to make a suit for me, one year later. I feel good about supporting a local business, and can definitely tell that their quality is much better than the competition.

Urgently needed a suit. They quickly picked up on the urgency and made a real effort to get things done on time. Suit is well tailored, and I bought a tie made from the same fabric. Everything looks and fits very well.

I went in to have a couple Pendleton shirts tailored, custom suits are not my usual arena but I enjoyed my experience here. Kash Ross & Roshan were both very personable and helpful. Kash is aging, but I could see his people were continuing his tradition of excellence. Their customs are made in Hong Kong and then tailored locally.
Impressive selection of fabrics, custom fabrications of shirts, jackets, slacks etc for a high, but not unreasonable price. I got the full sales pitch for sure, but it was quite informative without being overbearing and I came away feeling well acquainted with their methods, something I cannot say for any dry-cleaning type alterations specialists. I would trust these folk to whip me up some fine garments any day.

Insanely knowledgeable staff. I felt like I was in very good hands when getting my suit altered. I was on a pretty tight budget so they gave recommendations of things that could be fixed within my budget. The prices seemed to be on the high end but I have gotten many compliments on how the suit looks. As many have stated they are very pushy when it comes to their custom shirts which can be a bit awkward especially after explaining what a tight budget you are on.

If it were not for the pushy sales and the inflated prices I would give this place 5 stars.

Go with Kash Ross. Don't make the mistake of buying your suit anywhere else. I learned the hard way. I purchased the tux for my wedding from a big name retailer, thinking I was making the right choice until I got the final product back and felt like I was having a nightmare when I looked in the mirror. I had a very limited time frame to get something else, and after calling all of the other custom clothiers Kash Ross was the only one who could get my wedding tux made in time. There is no substitute for having pants and shirt custom made to your body AND Tasia and Mr. Ross are wonderful! I didn't know it was possible to have a suit that fits so well. Seriously, there is no substitute.

Kash Ross is an interesting business. An Indian tailor with family business in Hong Kong with a US base in Oregon, who travels around the country. A tailor on tour so to say. introduced to me by an extremely wealthy co-worker, he custom makes some genuinely fine garments. A bunch of co-workers went on splurges and even some of the tshirt and shorts crew are now looking dapper in their custom fitted clothes. Wish I could regularly afford fine custom things such as things but I guess Ill settle for once in a while presents for others.

The person I dealt with was incredibly pushy to get extra business from me - he must have mentioned custom dress shirts about 20 times over a span of 5 minutes. I brought in an item for alterations, was quoted that it would be ready in about a week but most likely sooner. I didn't hear anything for over a week and finally called to find out that they weren't done.

My simple alterations job ended up being ready for pick up three days after what was originally quoted. When I went in to pick up I had to sit through the same custom shirt song and dance (order of 3 minimum at around $115-$135 per shirt). Even though this is a good location I'll probably save myself the hassle of dealing with the aggressive sales guy and go somewhere else next time.

Very impressive service and high quality tailoring.

I needed a dress altered at the last minute. I first went to another tailor place near by which wanted to charge me $40 for rush (on top of the tailoring price) and had icy service. I was feeling pretty defeated to say the least.

Since Kash Ross was so close by I called and he said he could do it for only $20 (no rush fee either) and could have it ready the next day. When I went in he showed me about 15 different fabrics that he thought suited my dress (I had to get part of the dress covered). He also called me when it was ready and even offered to drop it off at my work! Extremely impressive service AND the dress turned out beautifully.

The sales associate (who I think is the son of the man who started the store) does try to give you a sales pitch but it's pretty innocent and I thought quite entertaining.

I will definitely be going back to this place!

We were out-of-towners needing some hemming done in a pinch last summer and Kash Ross came to our rescue. Still appreciate their professional and courteous service.

This is my 3rd time at Kash Ross. I still keep in contact with Roshan as he took good care of me for my tailoring needs in the past 3 years. This time, I got myself a custom suit that I've always wanted. All I'm going to say is, it's worth every single penny. My wedding is coming up, so I wanted my suit to look perfect and it sure did. The quality of the Italian wool is unbeatable. My suit makes the $500 Nordstrom's suits feel cheap. I am never going back to a standard off the rack suit. The extra cost is so worth it. With my odd build, broader shoulders/small waist/huge thighs and tiny calves, it is literally impossible to find a suit at the store. I went back for 3 fittings because I am that picky but the team at Kash Ross were happy to help me throughout the whole process. They are very knowledgeable. As my suit was completed, I ended up ordering a second one in Navy/Royal blue! I'll post photos of that one when it's done.

I have a wedding coming up. Went to Men's Warehouse but couldn't find any suits that looked the way I wanted. I walked into see Roshan's dad and they found a great suit for me that fits me perfect and created a custom shirt for me. I've never had a custom made shirt made for me before and it feels so good to wear (Very soft on the inside and light fabric great for heat or rain).

I selected one color and Roshan went the extra mile to keep looking through different color swatches and found an even better color to match my suit and I love the result.

I bought a nice off-the-rack suit for my wedding and brought it to Kash Ross for some detail work. They were extremely pleasant to work with and politely steered me in the right directions to make sure I looked my best. They are the experts after all. Also, my suit came back looking like it had been custom-made (and I thought it looked good before the tailoring). And I did have them make me a custom shirt. It turned out great. Highly recommended.

I had heard about Kash Ross from a close friend of mine who has had shirts custom made. They even embroidered initials into the cuffs. When I saw them I knew I had to have them too. I had to opportunity to experience Kash Ross first hand when a close friends wedding was coming up. For he was in search of a particular style, cut, and fit. Having gone to the "traditional" suit shops we were unable to get what we were looking for. I had a business card with me of Kash Ross and right as I called expert tailor, Roshan, answered and immediately set up an appointment the next day. Upon arrival I was so thoroughly impressed with the shop, the atmosphere, the staff, and service that I knew I had made the perfect choice when I picked up the phone. I was linked online to Kash Ross when searching for help with the tailoring of an Indian tunic that I needed to wear at my niece's wedding. This would be my first experience with an Indian wedding and I was expected to look the part when "giving away" the bride. Upon arrival at the store I was surprised to find that it was primarily a custom fine suit clothier.

The staff was quite knowledgeable about Indian attire and extensively pinned all of the alterations that were needed on the garment. At first I thought that the alterations to be undertaken were a bit expensive until I realized the extent of the work required and their attention to detail when it was finished. At that point I realized that I had secured a bargain. The elaborately patterned tunic that I had bought online, that had once hung like an over-sized nightshirt, now looked athletically tailored and expertly stitched...fabulous work!

I would not hesitate to recommend them and would someday like to have them make for me a custom tailored suit.

I feel very fortunate to have found Ross Creations. I took a very expensive sports jacket that had a frayed collar. They did such an incredible job I could not find where the damage had been. Roshan, who was the gentlemen I met, spent a lot of time with me because I also brought another jacket that I wanted to get a replacement cost. He took pictures of it, and gave me in writing the cost of replacing the same jacket. I thought he was wonderful. This is one tailor that will never disappoint you.

Stopped in and was convinced to buy one of their custom shirts. My first ever tailored shirt. Although expensive, it arrived sooner than they estimated and fit very well. As someone with a big neck and short arms, it was awesome to finally have a shirt that looked good and fit properly. I'd love to have a closet full at half the price.

I am docking by one star since they are pretty pushy with sales. I was encouraged to get 3 shirts on my first order when I was only prepared to spend as much as the cost of one shirt.

I dropped the ball and realized 6 days before I had to leave town for a wedding that I'd forgotten to get my bridesmaid dress altered. I called around to several places, and no one was able to get the alterations done in time until I called Kash Ross. When I went in, the woman who helped me explained to me that there were different ways that they could do the necessary alterations (that ranged in difficulty and price), and pinned it multiple ways to show me what each option looked like. They guaranteed me a completion date (5 days) and gave me a price range, and the dress ended up being done in less than 24 hours(!) and under budget. I won't say that it's probably the cheapest option out there, but I was really impressed with the work - it was impossible to tell that any alteration had been done. And I had a chance to compare 5 other versions of the dress that had been altered elsewhere when I saw the other bridesmaids, so I can say without doubt that the work done by Kash Ross knocked the others out of the park!

These guys are great! I handle 100+ suits in my current establishment and I've got to say Custom Clothing (Kash) is by far one of my favorites. They do a fine job. I'd recommend to all and any of my customers for a quality suit, or shirt. Their shirts are incredible...

My experience was very mixed. First, i purchased a groupon for $100 worth of services. I called in ahead to make sure they could do what I wanted, they were very friendly and professional over the phone and asked me to come in for a price quote. However, when I did come in, there was someone other than whom I had spoken to on the phone at the front counter. He first seemed very confused when I told him I had a groupon, and had to make a phone call to make sure this was legitimate. He then quoted me a price for services, which I agreed to. Then, as he was writing up my reciept, he said the price may be more, depending on what the tailor said. I told him I was uncomfortable leaving my clothing without a firm price, and that I would call around to a few other places before I committed if I couldn't have a firm price. As I was saying this, he placed my items in the back and told me I wouldn't find a better price anywhere. First, I'm not sure how his statement could be accurate when he couldn't even assure me of their price to begin with, which is what I came in to find out, and second, it seemed as if he wasn't listening to my words, and made me feel very uncomfortable by placing my items out of my reach while I was telling him that I was going to look elsewhere. In the end, he agreed to a firm price and I left my clothing at the store. When I got home, I received a phone call from the shop stating that the price was going to be over double what I was quoted at. I was not happy. The next day, I called back and spoke to the man I had originally spoken to. I explained the situation, and he told me that though I had received the wrong quote, they would honor what they told me. They did in fact honor that deal, and even completed my clothing a day ahead of schedule. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up my clothing, I once again met the second man. He did not greet me when I walked in the door, but just walked in the back and eventually returned with my items. He then told me I that I had never originally told him about the groupon, which I had, and then complained to a coworker that they were losing money on my transaction, which made me as a customer feel very uncomfortable. The actual quality of the work was good, and though through a fluke, was also very reasonably priced. Still, I left the whole experience with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I am getting married soon and am looking for a place to purchase and tailor suits for my wedding party, so had my experience been a better one, I could have brought in quite a bit of business. I am glad I got the chance to test this business out beforehand.

I had my suit made from this business a little less than 2 years ago. The value of the suit that was perfectly tailored too me was very awesome! I'm very picky and they worked with me while providing great customer service. I just recently went back to the store to get the same suit altered. I've lost a considerable amount of weight since I purchased my suit. Again, awesome customer service and very inexpensive to get one of my shirts and entire suit altered. PLUS they included the dry cleaning costs, which was very nice to have done. I am planning on getting another suit for the summer and will DEFINITELY be getting it from Kash Ross Creations! I recommend them to anyone who has style or needs to get some 🙂 Did I mention that you won't find a better custom made suit anywhere else! There are so many perks to the way they make their suits... sweat guards and pants liner to keep your dress shirts from rising up are just two of the many. Plus you can have your name on the inside of your jacket!
