I’m not an easy fit.  I’m 6’3 with a jacket of 52-54L.  No one carries my sizes.  I don’t fit in off the rack unless I want skinny jeans looking pants and jackets that bunch or pinch.  Roshan costumed the tux to my body. Bigger arm holes. Larger legs that still have a taper.
